We served as a fractional extension of the Dudley Stephens team, providing high-level support across technical design and product development without the overhead of full-time internal staff. We transitioned LIIEVE’s distinct creative vision into a technical and luxurious manufacturing reality. Our team managed the development of LIIEVE’s proprietary detachable collar and refined the architecture of the Hiiro Shirt. To ensure the brand’s ethical standards were met, we sourced sustainable materials and specialty artisan production for custom jewelry embellishments. We also finalized the project with a fully developed packaging collection tailored for premium retail presentation.
