We pride ourselves on providing full-service support at every step of your fashion journey, from concept to delivery. To ensure seamless collaboration and transparency, we work on a retainer-based pricing model tailored to meet the needs of your brand.

The Product Development life-cycle is dynamic, and unexpected events can arise during product development. With our retainer model, you’ll have the flexibility to respond to challenges—whether it’s adjusting a design, sourcing alternative materials, or coordinating additional sampling—without the worry of surprise fees. Our retainer approach gives you peace of mind, knowing that we’re always available to support you and work alongside you as part of your team. Customized for Your Needs

No two brands are alike, and our pricing reflects that. Our fees are based on factors like:

  • Complexity of the product (e.g., intricate designs, embellishments, or custom fabrics).

  • Supply chain details, such as support for domestic or overseas production, customized materials, or other technical production requirements.

  • Volume and order size, which impacts timelines and logistics.

On average, the all-in cost for design to delivery of a product ranges from $6,000 to $10,000 per style, depending on complexity, rounds of samples, and production location. This cost is spread out over the life of the project. This comprehensive approach ensures every detail is accounted for, and your products meet the highest standards.

What's Included in Every Package?

All AJG service tiers include core deliverables like:

  • Tech pack creation and management

  • Factory communication and Project Management

  • Sample fittings and reviews

  • Label, trim, and print design (some included, some optional)

  • Timeline tracking and logistics coordination

We act as your production partner from concept to delivery, helping you navigate product development, vendor communication, sampling, and production—while tailoring the communication format to your working style.

Standard: For Experienced Founders Who Need a Streamlined Process

This tier is ideal for brands who have been through product development before and are looking for clear deliverables and streamlined touchpoints. Communication is handled primarily through email and pre-recorded videos, allowing our team to work quickly and efficiently while still providing high levels of communication and clarity. Also included is a monthly video call with the team. Of course, if urgent situations arise, we will always be there to jump on a call or chat to ensure you feel fully supported.

Pro: For Founders Who Want More Collaboration

Our Pro level is perfect for brands who want regular check-ins and deeper support throughout development. This package was built for our launching founders as well as growing founders looking for additional layers of education to get them familiar with the process. This package includes bi-monthly 30-minute project status meetings in addition to key milestone meetings. Sample reviews and production check-ins happen in live meetings, so you will have the opportunity for live feedback and support.

Premium: For Brands Seeking White-Glove Support

This tier is best for founders who want to be completely hands-on with a highly responsive team. It includes everything in the Pro level, with upgrades like custom sourcing and sampling rounds, weekly updates, live fitting and review sessions, and a dedicated Slack channel for fast communication. You’ll also get in-person or virtual meetings for all major checkpoints—great for those prepping for high-stakes launches or retail rollouts.

  • Standard: Great for brands that have an experienced founder or in-house team and want expert guidance with streamlined support.

  • Pro: Ideal for brands that are launching for the first time and want extra educational touchpoints to build confidence in their process.

  • Premium: Best for brands that desire high-touch, dedicated support, balanced with a team to act as an extension of their business.
